This Agreement is between Jeff Parrish PC Services ("Service Provider") and the client identified below ("Client").
1. Scope of Services
Service Provider agrees to provide the following IT services:
- Remote and onsite support
- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration
- Patch management
- Network monitoring (for applicable plans)
- Backup management
- General IT consulting
2. Service Plans & Pricing
Hourly Support
- Standard on-site (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm): $95/hr
- Standard remote (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm): $65/hr
- Emergency (after-hours/weekends): $115/hr
Monthly Retainer Plans
Includes 4 support hours/month + 10% discount on additional hours.
- Basic (1–5 users)$375/mo
- Growth (6–10 users)$675/mo
- Premium (11+ users)$1,125+/mo
Custom plans available for 20+ users.
3. Response Times
- Standard support: within 4 business hours
- Emergency support: within 1 hour
4. Payment Terms
- Hourly billing: invoiced weekly, due in 7 days
- Retainers: billed monthly in advance (due on the 1st)
- Late payments may incur a 5% fee
5. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Services may be suspended for non-payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to one month's service fee. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared proprietary information confidential.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
