When you call, you talk directly to the person doing the work — not a ticket queue, not a call center reading from a script. That's a deliberate tradeoff: fewer accounts than a large MSP, in exchange for someone who actually knows your network answering the phone.

Service area & travel policy
We provide on-site service throughout Lake County, IL and Kenosha County, WI at our standard hourly rates — no travel fees or mileage surcharges within this core area.
Extended service area
- Core service area (Lake County, IL & Kenosha County, WI): Standard hourly rates apply. No travel fees or mileage surcharges.
- Extended service area (outside Lake County, IL & Kenosha County, WI): Standard hourly rates apply for on-site work. A combined travel and mileage surcharge of $1.44/mile applies for round-trip transit beyond our core area.
- On-site minimums: Local calls carry a 1-hour minimum. Out-of-area service visits require a 2-hour minimum on-site labor charge.
