This Agreement is between Jeff Parrish PC Services ("Service Provider") and the client identified below ("Client") for the residential IT service visit(s) described here.
1. Scope of Service
Service Provider agrees to provide the following on-site residential IT services as requested by Client:
- Computer tune-ups & optimization
- Virus & malware removal
- New computer setup & data transfer
- Wi-Fi & network troubleshooting
- Printer setup & troubleshooting
- Basic data backup solutions
- General tech support & Q&A
This is a per-visit agreement, not an ongoing retainer — it covers the service call(s) described above rather than a fixed term. Business clients needing an ongoing support arrangement should see our Managed Services Agreement instead.
2. Rates & Pricing
- On-site service: starting at $75/hr

An initial diagnostic fee applies to identify the root cause of an issue, and is often waived if Client proceeds with the recommended repair. Many common issues are flat-rate as shown above; more complex or custom work is quoted after an initial assessment.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time service is completed, unless a written estimate specifies otherwise. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at time of service. Late payment on any approved custom quote may incur a 5% fee after 7 days.
4. Client Data & Backup
Client is responsible for maintaining a current backup of important files, photos, and data before service begins. While Service Provider takes reasonable care, Service Provider is not liable for data loss, corruption, or hardware failure that occurs during the course of service, including pre-existing conditions unrelated to the work performed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
